Experience in Manufacturing process design and implementation, facility development and proving. (Assembly lines or processes, Vehicle assembly or sub system)
Highly skilled in Co-ordinating with Manufacturing teams in US and India
Good understanding of Engineering drawings, BOM and Routing systems.
Good knowledge and experience in PFMEA Process
Hands on experience in implementing SOP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Process innovations.
Good understanding of Engineering change management process.
Knowledge in JIG & Fixture design
Knowledge of vehicle systems (Technical know-how of the products)
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing / Waste reduction / Method improvements
