We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Accounts Associate - Zoho Books Implementation to join our Zoho Implementation team in Ghatkopar West. If you have a strong background in accounting and love solving operational challenges by automating financial workflows through Zoho Books, we would love to hear from you.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Accounts Associate - Zoho Books Implementation, you will act as the bridge between accounting logic and software automation. You will work closely with startup clients to understand their business processes, set up their charts of accounts, configure tax/GST structures, and ensure smooth cloud accounting onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end implementation, system configuration,



and setup in Zoho Books across diverse client accounts.
Analyse client accounting workflows and map them accurately into Zoho Books modules.
Handle core financial setups including GST compliance, banking feeds, custom invoicing, and automated workflows.
Coordinate directly with clients during data migration and implementation stages to ensure zero data loss.
Troubleshoot and resolve daily Zoho-related operational and accounting queries for clients.
Conduct system testing to ensure perfect accuracy across financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.

Requirements
Education: B.Com, BAF (Bachelor of Accounting & Finance), M.Com, or an equivalent Commerce graduate background is mandatory.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience specifically executing Zoho Books implementations and configurations.
Core Knowledge: Strong, fundamental grasp of accounting principles, debit/credit ledger matching, and Indian GST compliance.
