Role Purpose
The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) drives branch engagement, retail marketing activations, alliances, and compliance across the assigned territory. This role ensures the high-quality execution of marketing initiatives, alignment with regional priorities, and a measurable impact on both business growth and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional branches to understand local market needs and drive marketing initiatives.
Retail Activations Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute B2C/retail marketing events and activations to increase footfall and customer acquisition.
Regional Strategy Alignment: Ensure all local and regional marketing efforts seamlessly align with the central brand strategy and corporate priorities.
