Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMO (Social Media Optimization) Executive / Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and brand awareness. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to manage our social media presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Create and curate engaging content (text, images, and videos) tailored to each social media platform
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other social media analytics tools
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement
Collaborate with the content,



design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall brand and marketing strategies
Engage with followers and influencers to build strong online communities
Assist in preparing reports on social media performance and suggest improvements
Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in social media trends and strategies

Requirements

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Buffer) is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage
Eagerness to learn and keep up with industry trends
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
