Develop detailed 3D architectural BIM models and drawings using Revit and related tools.
Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements to create accurate models.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and other documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts through model coordination and review.
Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM protocols

Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modelling.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.
Experience in developing 3D BIM models, drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
Experience working on commercial buildings and infrastructure projects.




Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
