About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager for Plum Personal, you will own the product vision,
strategy, and execution of our B2C insurance and healthcare solutions. You will
lead the development of consumer-focused products that serve our community of
individual users, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Your
mission is to identify, build, and scale innovative insurance and healthcare
products that increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
while delivering
exceptional value to our consumer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Strategy & Vision: Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for
B2C insurance and healthcare products, balancing user needs, market
opportunities, and business profitability goals
* Growth & Monetization: Design and implement engagement mechanisms, growth
strategies, and monetization frameworks to systematically increase ARPU and
user lifetime value
* Consumer Insights: Partner with users and leverage data analytics to
understand explicit and latent needs in the personal insurance and healthcare
space, identifying opportunities for new product development
* Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with high-performing engineering,
marketing, and business development teams to ensure scalable product delivery
that drives both user satisfaction and commercial success
