Job Title: Technical Manager

Summary

We are looking for a Technical manager who understand clients requirements, divide clients work into small tasks, assign those tasks to the team, manage team, get work done on time with team, resolve any issue with client.

What You Do

Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and effective manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement




Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
Keep records and documentation of client interactions
Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (added advantage)
6+ years prior experience in Project Management & Customer facing roles
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
