Role Description The Head Master role at RMKM Ajmer is a full-time, on-site position based in Bansur.

The Head

Master will oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the school, ensuring high-quality inclusive education for learners, including children with special needs. Daily responsibilities include supervising teaching staff, guiding curriculum implementation, monitoring classroom practices, and fostering a safe, supportive learning setting. The role involves collaborating with parents, caregivers, and community partners, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and relevant education guidelines.

Master will also lead school improvement initiatives, mentor educators, and support professional development aligned with RMKM’s mission.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Pedagogy, with the ability to adapt teaching approaches for diverse learning needs, including children with special needs.
- Experience in Curriculum Development, with skills in planning, implementing, and reviewing academic programs to meet inclusive education standards.
- Proven Educational Leadership capabilities, including staff supervision, school administration, and strategic planning.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, families, educators, and community stakeholders in a clear and respectful manner.
- Relevant degree in Education or a related field; advanced qualifications or specialized training in special education are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a rural setting, with cultural sensitivity and commitment to community-based development.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an orientation toward continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in inclusive or special education environments, or work with non-profit or community organizations, is an advantage.
