Head FP&A;

We are seeking an experienced Head FP&A; to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the FP&A; function, developing and implementing financial models, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial models to support business decision-making
- Lead the FP&A; function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
- Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze variances and identify areas for improvement
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A;

Requirements





- Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Strong background in budgeting, annual operating plans, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent financial modeling skills, with experience in developing and implementing financial models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
