Position: Head Digital Marketing

Experience

- Minimum Experience 5 years in Digital Marketing.
- Preference: Candidates with experience in IVF, Fertility, Hospitals, Healthcare, or Diagnostic Centres.
- Prior team management experience is mandatory.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Digital Marketing.
- MBA or Digital Marketing Certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Generate quality patient leads and improve conversion rates.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, and website performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPL, and lead quality.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with Call Centre, Sales, Counsellors, and Operations to achieve business targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
