We are building a large-scale multi-brand e-commerce business with an ambitious vision — to become one of India’s leading marketplace sellers and growth partners for consumer brands.
We already work with multiple brands through our nationwide after-sales service ecosystem. Now, we want to take selected brands to the next level by becoming their strategic and exclusive marketplace partner across Amazon, Flipkart and other major e-commerce channels.
We are looking for an experienced, highly entrepreneurial E-commerce Business Head who can build this vertical from the ground up and take complete ownership of its P&L.;
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Build and lead our Amazon & Flipkart marketplace business from scratch
- Develop a roadmap from ₹1 Cr/month to ₹10 Cr/month+ GMV and beyond
- Onboard and manage multiple consumer brands and product categories
- Negotiate marketplace exclusivity, margins, pricing and commercial terms with brands
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub operations
- Build marketplace pricing and promotional strategies
- Own marketplace advertising, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS and growth budgets
- Drive product ranking, conversion and organic sales
- Build high-converting listings, A+ content, product images and videos
- Manage inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment
- Monitor Buy Box, pricing, competition and account health
- Control cancellations, returns, RTO, claims and marketplace penalties
- Manage marketplace settlements and SKU-level profitability
- Build dashboards for GMV, contribution margin, advertising, inventory and returns
- Recruit and manage the complete marketplace team
- Work closely with Servsy’s after-sales network to create a superior post-purchase customer experience
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are NOT looking for someone who has only handled social media or general digital marketing.
We want someone who has hands-on experience scaling real marketplace businesses.
Ideal candidate should have
- 5–10+ years of e-commerce/marketplace experience
- Strong Amazon India and Flipkart experience
- Experience managing significant monthly GMV
- Deep understanding of marketplace advertising and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of marketplace P&L; and unit economics
- Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain
- Experience managing multiple brands/SKUs/categories
- Solid analytical and commercial negotiation skills
- Experience building and managing an e-commerce team
Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Electricals or D2C brands will be strongly preferred.
THE MISSION
This isn’t a role where you simply maintain existing marketplace accounts.
You will be expected to BUILD the business.
Phase 1 → ₹1 Cr+ monthly GMV
Phase 2 → ₹5 Cr+ monthly GMV
Phase 3 → ₹10 Cr+ monthly GMV
Long-Term Vision → Build a ₹1,000 Cr+ marketplace business.
