Role Description The Head Copy Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, leading the copywriting function across branding, advertising, digital, and content initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing brand narratives, crafting campaign concepts, writing and reviewing copy for ads, digital assets, scripts, and long-form content, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy and visual direction. The role involves managing and mentoring copywriters, collaborating with design, strategy, and account teams, and maintaining tone of voice and quality standards across all touchpoints.

Writer will also contribute to pitches and proposals, present ideas to clients,



and refine messaging based on feedback and performance insights.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in brand storytelling, campaign copywriting, and long- and short-form content creation.
- Experience developing creative concepts and messaging frameworks for branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and review the work of copy and content teams while maintaining consistent brand voice.
- Proficiency in collaborating with design, strategy, and marketing teams to integrate copy with visual and strategic elements.
- Excellent command of written English, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
- Proven experience in a senior copywriting or creative role within an agency or brand environment; prior leadership responsibility is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media content, and performance-driven messaging; understanding of SEO principles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust presentation and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain and defend creative decisions clearly and constructively.
