Role Description The Head Business HR role is a full-time, on-site position based in Budhni, responsible for leading the HR function for designated businesses within Trident Group. The role involves flawless execution and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.

The Head

Business HR will oversee development and execution of HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and foster healthy employee relations across units. Day-to-day activities include advising leadership on HR matters, partnering with business heads on organizational design,



managing employee engagement initiatives, and driving capability-building and leadership development. The role also requires monitoring HR metrics, optimizing HR processes, and promoting a culture of inclusion, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions for manufacturing units or large teams.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with organizational and statutory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Relevant postgraduate degree or MBA in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or large-scale industrial setting is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leadership.
- Capability in data-driven HR decision-making, including use of HR analytics and HRIS tools.
- Track record of driving change management, organizational development, and leadership development programs.
