ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Knowledge in RCM (Revenue Cycle management), AR analyst Denial. management, Payment posting, Medicare, benefit validations and Claims Adjudications
- To conduct audits as per defined guidelines and sampling for transaction monitoring
- Provide on time coaching & feedback
- Responsible for improving quality scores/metrics
- Training need / Areas of improvement identification and recommendation for refresher training
- To drive calibration sessions with internal or external customers
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly quality dashboard
- To conduct quality induction for newly hires employees




- To create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Supporting business teams on operations deliverables basis requirements
- Input stake holders with quantitative and qualitative ideas
- Advance knowledge on MS Office

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Coaching and feedback skill
- Leadership skill For Senior Analyst
- Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Preferred to have Six sigma knowledge and understanding of basic QC tools. (External hiring resources)
- Must have positive analytical skills to conduct various analysis and R on a weekly/monthly basis

FORMAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Graduation Any stream

EXCEPTION:
