Position -Manager Hardware Design

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Hardware Design to lead hardware product development from concept to production. The role involves managing the hardware design team, driving innovation, ensuring design quality, and delivering reliable, cost-effective hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end hardware design, development, validation, and product release.
- Manage and mentor Hardware Design, Embedded, and Validation Engineers.
- Review schematics, PCB layouts, Gerber files, component selection, and design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Drive design reviews, root cause analysis, DFM/DFA,



and product reliability improvements.
- Support prototype development, testing, pilot builds, and production.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Hardware Design and PCB Design.
- Knowledge of Signal Integrity, EMI/EMC, and hardware validation.
- Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (Altium/Cadence/OrCAD or similar).
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in hardware design and team management.
