Test Module Lead - Automation Testing

Happiest Minds Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Test Module Lead - Automation Testing to join our Quality Engineering team. We are seeking a hands-on automation testing professional with strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, Java/C#, and modern testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks and scripts.
- Lead automation testing activities across web, API, and enterprise applications.
- Develop automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and other industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to define testing strategies.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Drive test automation best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Prepare test reports, metrics, and quality dashboards for project stakeholders.

Required Experience :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Software Testing with strong Automation Testing expertise.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in framework development and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium Automation.
- Experience in CI/CD implementation using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certifications will be an added advantage.
