Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and target-driven Hair Transplant Counsellor who can effectively consult clients, understand their hair loss concerns, and guide them toward suitable hair restoration solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, convincing, and sales skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and consistently achieve conversion targets.

Candidates with strong sales experience, a learning mindset, and an energetic personality are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in the hair transplant or aesthetic industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' hair loss concerns and expectations.
- Educate clients about hair transplant procedures, treatment options, post-procedure care, and expected results.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans and convert consultations into successful bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Handle client queries, objections, and concerns confidently and professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and clinic staff to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients to maximize conversions and retention.




- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay informed about the latest hair restoration techniques, technologies, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in Hair Transplant Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, Dermatology Clinics, Cosmetic Clinics, Wellness Centres, Healthcare Sales, or Medical Counselling.
- Experience in consultation, counselling, healthcare sales, or aesthetic treatment sales is preferred.
