- Configure and customize Guidewire Billing Center features including billing accounts, invoices, settlements, and payments.
- Develop and maintain configuration rules, workflows, and business logic in Billing Center.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand billing requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Billing Center with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to configuration changes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current features and applying best practices.
