We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to manage the daily operations of our premium lounge and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lounge.
- Welcome guests and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Groom, train, and supervise service staff.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee lounge cleanliness, maintenance, and ambience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or lounges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Well-groomed with a qualified personality.
