Guest Relationship Manager - Conceirge

Location : Whitefield & Sarjapru

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Greeting & Communication: Welcome patients and visitors, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and triage urgent medical needs according to clinic policies.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the doctor's calendar by booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments via phone or clinic software.
- Registration & Intake: Register current patients by collecting personal, medical, and insurance information, and ensure mandatory medical forms are completed.
- Billing & Payments: Generate consultation or treatment invoices, process cash and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Record Maintenance: Keep patient data and medical histories accurately updated in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Clinic Coordination: Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, nurses, and lab technicians.
- Liaison: Coordinate with vendors or Hospital Administration when necessary.

Essential Qualifications & Skills





- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree; a certification in medical secretarial or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of front desk or customer service experience, ideally in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic office software, typing, and managing digital appointment systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, a calm and compassionate demeanor (especially during medical emergencies), and strong multitasking abilities.
- Language: Fluency in local languages (e.g. Kannada, Hindi, English) to effectively assist a diverse patient demographic.

Shift Timings & Working Days

- 7AM-4PM, 10:30AM-7:30PM, 11AM-8PM
- 6 days of working
- Sundays are working, week-offs are allowed between Monday - Thursday

Immediate Joiners or who can join within 15-20 Days are preferred.
