Welcome and warmly greet guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience. Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Spa, and other departments for guest requirements.
Maintain regular guest interaction and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction. Assist with VIP guest handling, special occasions, celebrations, and personalized arrangements. Conduct guest follow-ups and maintain accurate records of feedback and requests.
Promote resort facilities, activities, restaurants, and services to guests. Ensure qualified grooming, etiquette, communication, and hospitality standards at all times.
