IntelGrader is building AI learning intelligence for handwritten student work: grading, feedback, insights, and remediation for schools, coaching centres, and teachers.

We are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office - Sales & GTM team member to help take IntelGrader to market.

This is a 0-to-1 role where you will work directly with the founders across customer conversations, outbound sales, demos, GTM experiments, partnerships, marketing, sales operations, and AI-led internal automations.

Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to schools, coaching centres, teachers, and education operators
- Run outbound experiments across calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and field channels
- Set up and participate in customer calls and product demos
- Build lead lists, track follow-ups, and maintain CRM hygiene
- Support partnerships, GTM campaigns,



and founder-led growth experiments
- Capture customer feedback and work closely with product/founders
- Use AI tools to make research, outreach, follow-ups, and operations sharper and faster

We are looking for someone who is:
- Hungry, curious, high-energy, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Good at communication, follow-ups, and persuasion
- Excited by customers, sales, education, startups, and AI
- Comfortable working from office in Gurugram
- Able to figure things out without waiting for perfect instructions

This is an early-stage role with direct founder exposure and quick learning.
