You will not simply teach a subject.

And while contributing to the real growth of India’s next generation, you will also build your identity as a trainer and earn meaningful weekend income.

Your Role As a Weekend Growth Coach, you will:
- Facilitate high-energy, activity-based learning experiences
- Use stories, discussions, games, simulations and real-life challenges
- Create a safe workplace where students participate without fear
- Encourage independent thinking rather than giving ready-made answers
- Observe student growth and provide meaningful feedback
- Follow SGA’s curriculum while bringing your own personality and experience
- Represent the values of responsibility,



curiosity, empathy and integrity
- Continuously improve through training, feedback and reflection

Who We Are Looking For You may be a teacher, corporate professional, psychologist, entrepreneur, artist, coach, theatre practitioner, college faculty member or someone with valuable life experience.

Formal teaching experience is helpful, but your ability to connect, inspire and facilitate matters more than your designation.

You should have

- Strong communication skills in English, Marathi or Hindi
- Confidence in handling groups of students
- Genuine interest in the growth of young people
- A warm, energetic and non-judgmental personality
- Reliability and availability on weekends
- Willingness to learn SGA’s facilitation methods
- The courage to make learning different from a traditional classroom
