Role Description The Growth Intern will support day-to-day activities that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for Kode & Co.’s products and services. This remote role in Mumbai involves assisting with growth experiments, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to sales outreach and lead generation efforts. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, prepare reports, and help refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Responsibilities also include conducting market research, maintaining communication with prospective clients,



and supporting the implementation of growth initiatives across digital channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, engage prospects, and present findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales skills to support experimentation, lead generation, and conversion-focused initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate activities across teams.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and startup or tech industry dynamics is beneficial.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with dashboards or CRM tools is an advantage.
