Role Description The Growth Intern will support initiatives aimed at expanding PYJA Finserv’s reach and enhancing client engagement in a remote internship role. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with market research, analyzing client and industry data, and helping to identify new growth opportunities. The intern will contribute to digital outreach activities, such as supporting social media campaigns, drafting basic marketing content, and tracking performance metrics.





The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional team members, preparing reports or presentations, and documenting insights that inform strategic decisions. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to growth strategy within a modern financial services context.

Qualifications • Valuable communication skills.

- Comfortable using basic digital tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and online collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BE, BCA, BBA, BSc, MBA, MCA, or a related degree.
- Interest in business growth, marketing, analytics, or startups is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
