Essenzaa Pilates is a premium women-focused Reformer Pilates brand based in Indore, India. We are strengthening our growth and customer-acquisition capability for our next phase of expansion.

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Consultant who can help us build and execute a measurable customer-acquisition and conversion engine.

What we need you to own

Develop a practical 90-day customer-acquisition and growth strategy

Create high-converting marketing campaigns and offers beyond conventional discounting

Deeply understand, structure and optimise Meta Ads and Google Search Ads

Determine audience, messaging, campaign architecture, budget allocation and retargeting

Build a structured creative-testing strategy and define the videos, hooks, scripts, graphics, testimonials, UGC-style and founder-led creatives required

Help identify and brief the right creative-production resources where required

Review our website/landing journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion

Understand the complete journey from campaign → lead → nurture → conversion → revenue

Recommend an appropriate CRM and lead-nurturing approach for a small, growing business, including lead stages, source tracking, WhatsApp integration/automation, follow-ups and conversion reporting

Work with the CRM implementation resource/vendor where required to ensure the system supports the growth strategy

Measure performance based on qualified leads, conversions, CAC and revenue, not simply reach, clicks or CPL

Continuously identify what to test, improve, stop and scale

Experience we're specifically looking for

We would particularly value someone with:

Deep hands-on Meta Ads experience

Strong Google Search Ads expertise

Proven performance/growth marketing experience for premium or high-ticket consumer services

Experience with fitness, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, clinics, premium education,



luxury services or similar businesses

Robust understanding of offer creation, funnels, CRO and performance creatives

Practical understanding of CRM selection, lead nurturing, automation and implementation for startups/SMEs

Experience connecting marketing data with actual sales and revenue outcomes

We are not looking for a social-media manager, generic digital marketer, or someone whose expertise is limited to operating Ads Manager.

Engagement

Initial 90-day freelance consulting engagement, with potential for continued collaboration based on measurable performance and strategic fit. When applying, please answer these four questions

Share one premium/high-ticket business where you helped generate paying customers through Meta and/or Google. What was the offer, ad spend, strategy, CAC or conversion outcome, and your personal contribution?
