With regular feedback loops, creative projects, and detailed parent reports, we're building the most trusted parallel learning platform for global families.

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and highly communicative person to join our team for the US shift. This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with the founders and help manage parent communication, student feedback, operations, hiring support, and some social media activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, can speak and write well in English, and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities





- Interact with parents of enrolled students and collect feedback/reviews.
- Maintain regular communication with parents to understand their experience and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and class operations.
- Support hiring activities such as reaching out to candidates, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with basic social media coordination, content ideas, and posting support.
- Assist the founders/team in day-to-day operational tasks.
- Maintain records, updates, and follow-ups in a structured manner.

Who We Are Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Smart, confident, and quick learner.
- Comfortable working in the night shift: 8 PM to 6 AM IST.
- Good at handling conversations professionally.
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups properly.
- Basic understanding of social media is a plus.
- Prior experience in operations, customer success, sales, hiring, or education in a startup is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

- Stipend of upto 12,000/month (for 6-month internship)
- Salary of upto 40,000/month (after full-time conversion)
