Group Head – Brand Solutions

We’re looking for someone who can do more than manage clients and timelines.

Someone who can understand a business problem, turn it into a strong marketing direction, guide teams confidently, and build client relationships that grow over time.

As a Group Head at Scribbld, you will lead a portfolio of key accounts and work closely with teams across Brand Solutions, Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing.

What the role involves

- Owning the overall strategy, performance, and profitability of a portfolio of client accounts
- Building 6–12 month account roadmaps focused on retention, growth, and scope expansion
- Leading senior client conversations, business reviews, strategic recommendations, and escalations
- Guiding integrated work across Brand Solutions, Content, Creative, Social Media, and Performance Marketing
- Leading and mentoring Managers, Team Leads, and Executives while creating clear ownership and accountability
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and supporting pitches, proposals, and account expansion
- Reviewing campaign and account performance against agreed KPIs and recommending corrective action where needed
- Planning team bandwidth, resources, timelines, and hiring requirements across accounts
- Anticipating delivery risks, operational bottlenecks,



client churn concerns, and resource gaps before they escalate
- Monitoring account profitability, revenue realisation, invoicing, collections, and team utilisation
- Improving internal processes, reporting systems, and collaboration across departments
- Bringing relevant market trends, platform updates, competitor insights, and stronger strategic thinking into the agency

This role requires someone who can balance strategy, people, clients, and business without losing sight of execution. You may be the right fit if you:

- Have 5+ years of experience in client servicing, brand solutions, or digital marketing
- Leadership experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Have handled multiple accounts and cross-functional teams
- Understand social media, content, branding, performance marketing, and integrated campaigns
- Can manage senior stakeholders and difficult conversations with confidence
- Have robust commercial understanding and know how to grow accounts
- Can lead teams, make decisions, and bring clarity when things get complicated
