We are hiring an accomplished, strategic and hands-on Group Head – Human Resources (CHRO) for a diversified group of companies based in Pune.

This is a Senior Leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can work closely with Promoters / Group Leadership and take complete ownership of the people and HR agenda across multiple businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the overall people strategy while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Candidate Requirements
- Approximately 20 years of progressive HR experience
- Significant experience in Head HR / Group HR / CHRO-level leadership roles
- Experience handling a large and complex workforce
- Experience managing HR across multiple businesses, companies or verticals




- Strong exposure to both strategic HR and hands-on execution
- Experience working directly with Promoters / Founders / CXOs / Group Leadership
- Proven experience in HR transformation and change management
- Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, Gratuity and statutory HR compliance
- Experience in senior leadership/CXO hiring
- Strong expertise in HR policies, governance, performance management, L&D; and employee engagement
- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing capabilities
- Ability to independently own and drive the complete HR agenda

Preferred Background
- Experience working with a listed company
- Experience with a diversified business group
- Exposure to multiple industries will be highly preferred
- Experience across Real Estate, Manufacturing, Technology-led businesses or Enterprise organizations would be advantageous
- Proven experience in building, transforming or professionalizing HR functions
