SP Advertising is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for graphic design, branding, and visual communication. You will be responsible for designing engaging creatives for digital and print media, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate marketing messages.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and print materials.
- Create visually appealing posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, logos, and branding materials.
- Study design briefs and understand project requirements before beginning the design process.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and illustrations that align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver high-quality designs.
- Revise and modify designs based on client and team feedback.
- Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency and visual quality.
- Prepare final design files for digital publishing and print production.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Assist in developing creatives for advertising campaigns and promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (Preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Graphic Designing or a related field.




- Freshers with a strong creative portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in designing social media creatives and marketing materials.
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity design.
- Basic understanding of print production and digital advertising.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
