Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating innovative and market-driven graphic designs for sportswear and activewear garments. The role involves developing placement prints, all-over prints, logos, branding elements, and artwork while collaborating closely with the design, merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure high-quality products that meet customer requirements and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative graphic concepts for sportswear, activewear, and athleisure collections.
- Design placement prints, all-over prints, logos, typography, sublimation artwork, and branding graphics.
- Create print-ready artwork according to production specifications.
- Develop seasonal collections based on fashion trends and customer requirements.
- Prepare artwork presentations for buyers and internal approvals.
- Create colorways and mock-ups for garment visualization.
- Ensure all artwork files are production-ready with accurate measurements and specifications.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams regarding artwork requirements.
- Modify artwork based on customer feedback and approval.
- Maintain artwork libraries and design archives.
- Research international fashion, sportswear, and graphic design trends.
- Ensure designs comply with customer brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Support the marketing team with product graphics, catalogs, presentations, and promotional materials when required.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the sportswear, activewear, garments, or textile industry.
- Experience with export garment manufacturing is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- CorelDRAW (preferred)
- Knowledge of print development and color separation.
- Understanding of sublimation printing, screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery artwork, and garment embellishments.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabric types.

Working Conditions

- Full-time, office-based role within the Product Development/Design Department.
- May require coordination with buyers, production teams, and suppliers to support product development and approvals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
