About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote creative team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually captivating marketing materials across various digital and print platforms.

Your role is vital in shaping the visual identity of our clients and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. You will work closely with the Design Lead and other team members to translate creative briefs into impactful designs that align with brand strategies and marketing objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Design, with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing design, either within an agency or in-house creative team. A Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications,



or a related field is preferred. You should have a robust online portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging, results-driven marketing designs across multiple platforms.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is essential. A solid understanding of visual design principles, including illustration, animation, typography, layout, and iconography, is required. Knowledge of accessibility standards and project management skills are advantageous.

The candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate design ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members.

Responsibilities Conceptualize and produce high-quality marketing materials for digital platforms such as mobile and online display banners, social media, emails, landing pages, and blogs, as well as print media including print ads, signage, and trade show collateral.

Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.

Design and develop strong brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.





Create unique illustrations and visual designs that enhance brand storytelling.

Communicate design concepts effectively, presenting ideas clearly and incorporating feedback constructively.

Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in design.

Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with marketing goals.
