About the RoleARC Document Solutions is looking for a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for design, experience in the printing industry, and the ability to lead a team while interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative and print-ready artwork for digital printing, offset printing, and signage projects.

Assign design tasks to team members and ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and provide proofs on time. Review and approve artwork before production to ensure quality and accuracy.

Work closely with the Sales, Production, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.



Maintain project timelines and ensure all jobs are delivered within the committed turnaround time. Guide, support, and mentor team members to achieve high-quality output.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and skilled service.

Required

SkillsStrong expertise in CorelDRAW (Highly Preferred). Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Good understanding of print production, pre-press, colour management, and file preparation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer handling abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
