Perform granulation operations as per SOPs, BMR, cGMP, and safety standards to ensure timely production of quality granules.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform dispensing, sifting, granulation, drying, milling, and blending activities as per BMR.
- Operate equipment such as RMG, FBD/FBP, Multi Mill, Vibro Sifter, and Bin Blender.
- Follow production schedules, process parameters, line clearance, and batch changeover procedures.
- Maintain BMRs, logbooks, and production documentation as per cGMP, GDP, and Data Integrity requirements.
- Perform equipment cleaning, operation, and routine checks; support maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation activities, and regulatory audits.
- Maintain housekeeping (5S) and follow EHS and PPE guidelines.

Preferred Experience Experience in regulatory-approved plants (MHRA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, TGA, ANVISA) with exposure to granulation, blending, and related manufacturing operations
