Core Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Transaction Recording & Bookkeeping: Accurate and timely data entry of daily financial transactions, vouchers, and bills into accounting systems like Tally or Excel.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, tracking customer payments, maintaining accurate ledgers, and handling petty cash management.
- Bank Reconciliation: Performing regular matching of bank statements with internal cash book records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Statutory & Tax Compliance Support: Assisting senior staff with basic calculations and documentation for local taxes, such as GST and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
- Documentation & Filing: Maintaining organized physical and digital archives of receipts, invoices, and audit supporting documents.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
