Role Description The Graduate Trainee Dispatch will support the day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods from the warehouse to various distribution points.

Responsibilities include coordinating with logistics partners, maintaining dispatch records, preparing documentation, and tracking shipments to meet delivery schedules. The trainee will assist in inventory checks, help resolve dispatch-related issues,



and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and compliance with internal guidelines. This is an on-site internship role based in Udaipur, requiring close collaboration with operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or dispatch operations, with the ability to understand basic warehousing and distribution processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including comfort with data entry, tracking metrics, and using spreadsheets or ERP tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate dispatch documentation and records.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow standard operating procedures, and adapt to a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); exposure to inventory or dispatch management software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work on-site in Udaipur and be hands-on in warehouse/dispatch activities; prior internship experience in operations or logistics is a plus.
