Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound Graduate Trainee Engineers who are eager to build their careers in the Bulk Material Handling and Conveyor Manufacturing industry. The selected candidates will undergo structured training across various engineering functions before being assigned to a specific department.

Key Responsibilities During Training

- Learn the manufacturing process of conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
- Assist senior engineers in project execution and production activities.
- Study engineering drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOM.
- Support production planning and shop floor coordination.
- Monitor daily production and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for material follow-up.
- Assist in quality inspections and documentation.
- Participate in installation and commissioning activities whenever required.
- Maintain engineering records
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Visit customer sites whenever assigned.

After Successful Training





Candidates may be assigned to one of the following departments:

- Projects
- Production

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Diploma + Degree candidates may also apply

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for site work.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Basic MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.
