Purpose/Objective To supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for optimizing manpower, machines, materials, and processes to achieve production targets while maintaining compliance with company standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Ensure achievement of daily production targets.

Supervise shop floor operations and workforce.

Monitor product quality and process compliance.

Maintain safety standards and safe work practices.

Optimize machine utilization and production efficiency.

Coordinate with maintenance for machine uptime.

Control production losses, rework,



and rejection.

Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower.

Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Monitor productivity, OEE, and production KPIs.

Prepare and review daily production reports.

Support current product trials and process improvements.

Coordinate with Quality, SCM, and Engineering teams.

Develop and train operators for skill enhancement.

Ensure on-time delivery as per production schedule.
