Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and international teaching practices.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Monitor, assess, and maintain student progress records and portfolios.
- Foster students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Integrate technology, activity-based learning, and experiential teaching methodologies into the classroom.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and professional development programmes.
- Collaborate with coordinators and colleagues to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
- Maintain discipline while encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning.





Additional Responsibilities – Primary Science Coordinator
- Lead and coordinate the Primary Science curriculum across grades.
- Mentor Science teachers through classroom observations and feedback.
- Develop yearly planners, assessments, and curriculum resources.
- Organize Science exhibitions, STEM activities, experiments, and hands-on learning programmes.
- Analyse academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Conduct teacher training sessions and ensure quality curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

- Pre-Primary Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree with NTT/Montessori/ECCEd/D.El.Ed. or equivalent.
- Grade 1 & Grade 2 HRT: Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Primary Science Coordinator: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Science with B.Ed. (Mandatory).

Experience

- Relevant teaching experience in a CBSE or International School is preferred.
- For the Science Coordinator role, 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience with leadership exposure is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and teaching aptitude may apply for teaching positions.
