Google & Meta Ads ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, campaign analysis, and budget management to deliver measurable business results.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Freshers with relevant certifications and internship experience may also apply

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
- Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are preferred

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, and audience targeting.
- Monitor Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.

Meta Ads Management

- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, website traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.

Campaign Optimization

- Analyze campaign performance daily and implement improvements.
- Optimize budgets and bidding strategies.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
- Test new campaign strategies and advertising formats.

Tracking & Analytics

- Configure Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Set up Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Monitor website conversions and user behavior.




- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Landing Page Coordination

- Coordinate with the development and design teams to improve landing page performance.
- Suggest UX/UI improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Ensure tracking codes and forms work correctly.

Client & Team Coordination

- Understand client objectives and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, and graphic design teams for campaign assets.
- Participate in client meetings and present campaign performance reports.
