Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in GoldenSource EDM)

Domain: Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Asset Management

Key Skills Required

- Deep expertise in GoldenSource EDM including Security Master, Product Master, Client/Account Master, Corporate Actions, and Reference Data Management.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, OTC products) and Front, Middle, and Back Office processes.
- Experience with data vendor integrations such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv/Reuters, exchanges, and market data providers.
- Hands-on experience with data quality, match & merge, enrichment, validation rules, data governance, and golden copy creation .
- Ability to analyze entity hierarchies including Security, Product, Account, Client, and P&L; Masters and manage cross-domain dependencies.
- Experience in GoldenSource modernization, migration, or replacement programs , including data mapping, reconciliation, parallel run, and cutover planning.
- Knowledge of event-driven workflows, orchestration, CDC, data publishing, and downstream integrations .
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills with exposure to Oracle, cloud platforms, Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business, operations, and technology teams.

Preferred

- Prior experience in GoldenSource decommissioning/replacement initiatives .
- Experience defining target-state reference data architecture and migration roadmaps.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, or Profisee.

Ideal Candidate: A techno-functional GoldenSource expert who has led large-scale reference data transformation programs and can drive discovery, architecture definition, and phased migration from GoldenSource to a modern cloud-based data platform.
