- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
- Attend breakdown calls and restore equipment promptly
- Diagnose electrical, electronic and mechanical faults
- Inspect controllers, drives, door systems, motors and safety circuits
- Perform routine testing in accordance with prescribed safety procedures
- Maintain accurate service reports, checklists and fault records
- Coordinate with supervisors and customers regarding site status
- Maintain proper custody of tools, testing equipment and materials
- Attend emergency service calls whenever required

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on lift maintenance experience
- Practical knowledge of controllers, drives, door operators and safety circuits
- Ability to independently handle maintenance and breakdown calls
- Solid commitment to safety, service quality and documentation
- Willingness to travel locally and work at customer sites
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
