Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Project, and customer support to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and address technical inquiries.

Market and Industry Insight

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our products and solutions.





Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Training and Career development

Participate actively in training programs, workshops, and skill-building sessions designed to enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and business acumen.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, or a related technical field preferred.

Technical Aptitude: Strong interest and foundational knowledge in technical products and solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.

Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute positively to team dynamics.
