Salary: 3LPA to 4LPA

Experience: 0-3 yrs. (Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.)

Eligible Qualifications: B.E. (Mechanical), Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Mechatronics/CAD-CAM), ITI (Fitter, Draftsman, Painter, and related trades)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in production planning and daily manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with shop floor teams for smooth operations.
- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
- Assist in preparation of technical drawings and product designs.
- Work on AutoCAD/SolidWorks drawings and modifications.
- Coordinate with production teams for design feasibility.
- Support R&D; and product development activities.
- Maintain design records and BOM documentation.
- Assist in vendor development and supplier coordination.




- Support purchase order processing and material follow-ups.
- Coordinate with stores and production teams for material requirements.
- Compare quotations and prepare procurement reports.
- Assist in production planning and execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality checks, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all production activities.
- Identify potential issues in the production line and propose solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques and tools.
