Role Overview:

We are looking for freshers to 5 years of experience, with MBBS + MD/MS qualification/DNB and hands-on experience in OPD/IPD handling to join Healic Healthcare. The Medical Officer (Specialty as applicable) will support OPD, IPD, general surgeries, Laparoscopy and obstetrics procedures while ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures including Open, Laparoscopic, and Laser surgeries with clinical competence and adherence to established medical protocols.
- Conduct detailed OPD consultations, assess patient history, examine patients, and recommend appropriate diagnostic tests and treatment plans.
- Manage pre-operative evaluation, obtain informed consent, and ensure patients are medically optimized prior to surgery.
- Coordinate closely with anesthetists, nursing staff, technicians, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies,



infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Guide and support junior medical staff when required.
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of surgical services. (Note: Responsibilities may vary based on hospital requirements, operations, and management needs at Healic Healthcare. Additional duties may be assigned as required.)

Requirements:

- MBBS + MD/MS in General Surgery or DNB.
- Valid State Medical Registration is mandatory.
- Comfortable with a 9-hour day shift and available on call thereafter.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in OPD and IPD.
- Ability to assist in general surgeries, deliveries, and C-section procedures.
- Valuable communication, patient-handling skills, and teamwork ability.
