Role Description The General Ops Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities across production, logistics, and administration. This position coordinates with manufacturing teams to:

Track orders, monitor production timelines, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards The role involves managing documentation/billing, sales follow-up,



supporting vendor and client communication and other general operations Qualifications

Competence in documentation, record-keeping, and basic reporting using office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word processing, Gmail).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients

Proficient in using Canva, Zoho Books is preffered. We will train in case the applicant is new to it.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, and one off trips to Morbi (if required)

Previous experience in genral operations & handling is appreciated

Relevant educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred Salary

Since it is starter role, approximate pay would be around INR 15-20k/month
