Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in production management and operational planning with the ability to coordinate complex manufacturing initiatives and meet production timelines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Head or in an equivalent leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, expenditure monitoring, and resource optimization.
- Experience in quality control, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Solid procurement and vendor management experience, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial operations; experience in a mill or plant environment is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications in Operations/Production Management are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee overall plant operations and ensure optimal plant performance.




- Manage high-precision production activities while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize resource utilization across departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate manufacturing execution to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Monitor budgets and control operational costs.
- Supervise procurement of materials and services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain effective communication with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Review operational performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Implement initiatives that improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term business growth.
