What you'll do Own the aggregate sales number across multiple projects (Sindoor Green City, VR Current Town Hoskote, GBA, and pipeline launches) Lead a vertical of Sales Heads, Team Leaders, and BDEs — hiring, training, and performance management Present weekly results, failures, and next-week strategy at the Monday 11:30 AM HOD review with the CEO Design launch strategies and pricing execution (East-West-North-Corner pricing, pre-launch offers) with the Conception and Marketing teams Scale the channel partner network into a predictable revenue engine Compensation:
