Role Description The General Manager Sales at Devika Hyundai, Udhampur is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading the sales operations of the dealership. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Sound understanding of dealership operations, market analysis, and basic financial concepts such as margins, incentives, and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in automotive sales management may be considered.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital channels to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Udhampur, with a results-oriented mindset and readiness to adapt to changing market conditions.
