Job Title: General Manager Production Planning & Control(Denim)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Production Planning & Control (PPC) for Denim garment manufacturing.
- Drive production planning, capacity utilization, and on-time order execution across multiple manufacturing units.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production schedules, WIP, and shipment plans to achieve customer delivery commitments
- Optimize factory capacity, improve productivity, and minimize production bottlenecks
- Lead a high-performing PPC team and drive continuous process improvements
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global customers

Preferred Profile

- 18-25 years of experience in Denim/Apparel Manufacturing, with significant exposure to Production Planning & Control
- Proven experience in handling large production volumes and international buyer accounts.
- Robust leadership, planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology/Apparel/Fashion Technology. MBA is preferred.
